1. Are the dumbbells easy to use and adjust?
Yes, these adjustable dumbbells from Evo Strength are easy to use and adjust. It requires to installations, simply rotate the dials on both sides to the desired weight.
2. How do I adjust to my desired weights?
By rotating the dials on both sides to the corresponding number of the desired weight. The dials rotate clockwise and counter clockwise. While you are rotating, you may feel or hear a clicking noise when the dial reaches the corresponding number of the desired weight. If the dial is not fully aligned, then the dumbbell will lock, and you will not be able to remove it.
3. How durable are Evo Strength's Dumbbells?
These dumbbells have a special coating which is covered with injection-molded plastic. Therefore, the weights are being protected regardless of how sweaty or humid the environment gets, they are protected from corrosive rust. In addition, the base cover of the dumbbell also keeps the weights from scratching floors or other surfaces they might touch.
4. How do Evo Strength Dumbbells differ from traditional dumbbells?
Evo Strength Dumbbells come in the form of a compact unit, where the traditional dumbbells come in the forms of a huge rack or multiple sets. Thus, this technology saved much more space in your home compare to traditional dumbbells. Furthermore, the locking mechanism sets it apart from other adjustable dumbbells by locking in properly positioned weight plates so they won’t separate from the handle.
5. Are Evo Strength Dumbbells suitable for both men and women?
Yes, absolutely. With the Evo Strength Dumbbells, the weight can be adjusted from 5 to 52.5 lbs (2.26 to 23.7 kg). Adjustments are made in 5 lb (2.26 kg) increments making it versatile enough for strength trainers of all abilities.
6. Are you able to get a full body workout with EVO Strength dumbbells?
Yes, absolutely. Evo Strength dumbbells allow you to perform exercises that target both upper and lower body muscle groups. You may also choose to do more resistance training or more cardio or HIIT programs. As any of our customers, you will receive a 30-minute complimentary workout plan that will provide you with some ideas to achieve your fitness goals.
7. When you remove the dumbbells from the base, what would happen to the remaining weight plates?
The remaining weight plates will be attached to the base as you remove the dumbbells. The handle only picks up those weights that add up to the selected weight, and the dials must be set securely in order to remove the handle from the base.
8. Does the weight have to be equal on both sides of the dumbbell
No, it doesn’t have to. You have the freedom to choose one side of the dumbbell to be heavier or lighter than the other, based on your targeted muscles groups or exercises. However, while you are putting them back to the base, ensure that the dumbbells are in the same orientation as it was removed.
9. Do I need to return the handle to the base in the same direction I removed it?
No, you don’t need to. As long as the weight is set equally on both sides of the dumbbell, you can return it to the base in either direction.
10. How will I know when it is securely back in the base?
When you put the dumbbells back in the base, return it in a vertical motion, perpendicular to the base. Do not tilt or move it laterally. It will fit smoothly back into the base.
11. Where can I find the 30-minute complimentary workouts?

13. How can I track my order?
After your order is confirmed after checkout, you will receive an Email along with the confirmation number and tracking number.
14. Can I change the address after order?
Yes, but we only keep a short window to allow such change. Please reach out to our support team immediately after your purchase

15. What do I do if my order never arrived?

17. How long will it take to receive my package?
Currently due to the short of staff and delay of International and Canadian mail couriers, we are expecting a delay up to 2 weeks. Usually, it will take about 4 weeks to receive the package.
